Hyrum is really two now
Submitted by John and Alicia on Sun, 03/08/2009 - 09:25A bit about Hyrum's second birthday. It started at 4 am, just like the day he was born. My good husband got up with him for three hours, then they both went back to sleep. When we were finally all awake, we took the kids to the alligator farm here in St. Augustine. Pretty cool. We watched the gators eat rats. Then off to Derek's first game of the season. Here in Florida, all out door things happen in the nonsummer months. He pitched the first two innings and didn't allow a single run. He also played catcher at one point and got an RBI (run batted in). He had a great time.

Updated features look out!
Submitted by admin on Wed, 02/25/2009 - 03:23So, I've been working on trying to figure out a good way to scale the images down when they are uploaded, so we won't have as big a problem with the site being so slow. I've come up with a somewhat elegant solution though it's by no means perfect. The image upload has a few steps, first you click the image button in the toolbar, which will pop-open a new pop-up, where you will be prompted to browse for an image. This will open up another window that will let you see what images are on the server currently, and at the very top, there is an upload button. Click it, and yo
My Little Garden Gnome
Submitted by Craig and Jennie on Tue, 02/24/2009 - 00:46Hayden and I started our seeds for our garden this year. I wanted to share this with you all, but I'm half afraid to post pictures that will slow this site down. I will remind Craig to see what he can do about that! SO, click here to see the pics and post:

Kisses and Growing Pains
Submitted by John and Alicia on Sun, 02/22/2009 - 20:00A sweet update to our little monkey's twoness, is that now he gives he gives the sweetest kisses, and even on command. He's also attached himself to a doll around here and is very soft and cute with it. I thought I should mention his kinder, more gentle sides. There are many, even in the midst of all the rather impish things Hyrum does. He's quite chatty, running lots of nouns together with uhs and little baby sounds. He's so adorable, it's hard to be upset with the antics for too long.

Milk Miracles and Mini Meltdowns
Submitted by Craig and Jennie on Thu, 02/19/2009 - 00:56I have to say we have had our share of drama the last few weeks. Jennie's Dad has been in the hospital twice, but is home now. Hayden has had his fair share of pushing Mommy's buttons and Craig is very busy studying for the GRE.
