Scissors and Rain

After an entire week of almost constant rain, the sun has come out again today, bringing with it a very balmy (not pleasant) 82 degrees.  I say, give me back the rain.  It felt great to have 70s.  And now come the mosquitos who have been breeding in all the standing water.  JOY!  I was starting to think we should build an ark.

During all of our inside time this week, we've been doing some projects, such as doll making and clay modeling.  Hyrum got a hold of some toddler-sized scissors and made his great debut into naughty cuttings.  Our window was open, revealing the very tempting screen which apparently was just too much for his itching fingers.  When he was caught there were three new football shaped holes in the screen.  When Charity was this age, she rolled herself inside the curtains of our Rexburg house and chopped her way through.  Shaylee cut up her favorite pillow.  Derek thought about various things I'm sure but didn't have much access to scissors.  So now, to go along with a broken door handle and a couple of wood-floor scratches, we get to replace a window screen.  Fun
