Wish I had pictures to show you of Hayden and Craig at the beach.  I can tell you that they both thought it was the best thing they'd ever done.  Hayden stomped his feet in the water every time a wave covered his feet and Craig boogie-boards like a native Cali boy.  It was so fun!  Of course neither one of them got sunburned.  I, however, forgot to sunscreen my legs and am a little sore.

There was a longer post, but because Craig moved it over to a different server, and didn't include this in his backup... so it's gone.

This last week, I went to the family history center, because I really wanted to get started, and keep going, on my family history, for Jennie and I.  There really isn't much that has been done on her side, so we're planning on getting that going and hopefuly taking some names through the temple. 

Ok, so in the process of working with websites, and in re-designing this website, I've come to dislike Internt Explorer, and windows machines in general.  For everyone that doesn't have access to a mac, here's what our title for the website should look like:

See how much better that looks!  This is why I think that everyone should get a mac.  Of course this isn't the only reason, but at the moment it's the one that is on my mind.  Anyway, there you have it.

I realized in looking at the last blogs we've posted that Craig works on this site often, but never posts anything about what we are doing.  So, here it is.  The short... and the shorter of it.

In light of all the changes that are happening of recent, I decided to change the design of our little piece of the internet.  Jennie designed the banner, it's a picture from one of our wedding photos.

After spending a few hours re-installing Ubuntu and re-configuring it as a webserver, I've finally got our new web server up and running.  Now, you won't see anymore of those pesky ads trying to get you to buy stuff.  On my adventure into hosting my own webserver, I've found an interesting quirk.
