Andrea's updates

You have all probably seen this already, but I'm putting up just to make sure.  Andrea has put up a couple of cute posts about the girls on their blog.  Also, they have a poll for your favorite boy and girl names.  Go vote!  Enjoy!

Back yards and Bushed babies

Just a link this time.  Go check our blog (in Jennie's Blog) for a couple of newsy posts about our new backyard and a busy Memorial Day.  Love you all!!

Our little girl that causes a stir wherever she goes

I guess Jennie is just going to have to accept that when she's pregnant, she looks pregnant.  Some people just have a little bump, but Jennie isn't one of those people.  Everywhere she goes, she gets comments like, "So, when are you due?"  And the response of 3 more months always seems to shock them into being either speechless, or saying, "Oh wow!  You're huge!

Hayden's Cuteness

Go check out some Hayden cuteness.  I finally went and had his picture taken.  It's only taken me two years....  Anyway, go look.

The Traveling Trio

Well, we are a trio if you count the baby girl!  Hayden and I just returned from a two week trip to Utah and, man, are we tired!   We did some fun things while we were there and I wanted to post a few pics for you.  Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of Hayden with Grandma Lanae and Grandpa Jerry when they and Ashley came down last weekend.  Darn!

It's Official

Well, we know what the baby is going to be, and so everyone knows,
It's a Girl

Baby T'ucks and D'ty Bums

We have been the traveling Hokansons once again. It seems spring time takes us all over every year.  We recently spent a week at Lake Tahoe with Jennie's parents and siblings.  We haven't all been in one place in three years.  It was really nice to reconnect.  Then Jennie, Amber, Kinzi and Hayden took Grandma Carol down south for a few days with the Aunts and Uncles.  Long, tiring and so much fun!  Hayden and Kinzi still have a love/hate relationship, which at two means they adore each other.

A short bragging moment

I had to show you what I made today, since I got the idea from Andrea!  I took an apron that she made me and patterned an apron for Kinzi (she had her 2nd birthday this week) and one for Hayden from a pair of kids jeans I bought at Goodwill for $2 and the price of some bias tape.  Here they are!

Appliques and Andrea

To let you know, our ward sewing group learned how to do appliques this week.  The how-tos and other info are at http://tracyladiessewing.blogspot.com/.  Feel free to take a look and try it out.  I can't wait to show off the finished product, when I get the camera cable back from my friend in Utah. Guess that means I'll just have to make another trip... :)  Actually I'm planning on going in April to see her.  She has baby #2 coming and needs the help.
